The victim has been identified as Clinton Devon Martin, 34, of Robesonia, Millcreek Township Police in a news release.
Martin, a six-year employee of TLS Equipment LLC, was found pinned under the elevated arms of a skid loader by coworkers at the business on the 100 block of Stricklerstown Loop Road in Newmanstown, police said. The incident occurred around 9:45 a.m.
Workers used equipment to lift the skid loader, which was still running at the time, off Martin, police explained. Newmanstown Ambulance personnel arrived and determined Martin showed no signs of life.
Martin was working beneath the elevated arms of the skid loader when a hydraulic line burst, causing the arms to drop and pin him, police said.
The Lebanon County Coroner’s Office and a compliance officer from OSHA were called to the scene, which remained active for approximately five hours. The scene was cleared around 2:15 p.m.
